Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
Note: Multiple locations including Atlantic City, New Jersey; Coppell, Texas; College Park, Georgia; San Antonio, Texas. The role requires flexibility to potentially extend to future locations.
• Act as a role player in training exercises for law enforcement and canine detection programs.
• Engage in scripted and impromptu scenarios to add realism to training exercises.
• Adapt to various situations and outcomes during training, maintaining the integrity and realism of the exercise.
• Coordinate with training personnel to ensure accurate representation of scenarios.
• Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement of the training process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during training exercises.
Qualifications and Requirements

Essential:
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 35 pounds.
• Comfort with various training aids like Non-Lethal Training Ammunition firearms, marking cartridges, and inert explosives.
• No fear or emotional response to canines for those working in canine-related roles.
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to pass a Transportation Security Administration suitability check.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and willingness to participate in diverse training modules.
Desired:
• Previous experience in role-playing, acting, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of law enforcement or security operations.
• Physical fitness to engage in various training scenarios comfortably.
• Ability to quickly understand and internalize training objectives and scenarios.
